Here were the goals from last week:
1. Read newspapers until May 20 (12 newspapers). Almost. Got to May 19.
2. Finish my rainbow baby posts. Nope.
3. Do a bit of menu planning. Nope.
4. Organize Shelby's clothes Nope.
5. Take 5 things out of Dan's room that don't belong. Nope.

Ok, so this was a really bad week. Holiday weeks tend to do that to me - I get totally off kilter and forget what I need to do.
So what are my goals for this week???
Here are my SMART goals for this week:
1. Finish the May newspapers.
2. Publicize my Jamberry business.
3. Finish the rainbow baby posts.2. Publicize my Jamberry business.
4. Menu plan to empty the chest freezer to defrost it.
5. Take 5 things out of Dan's room that don't belong. Shelby has been enjoying going in there, so I need to move some of the items we don't want to loose out (or at least to higher ground!)
You are probably wondering what a SMART goal is. It is a term I "borrowed" from Say Goodbye to Survival Mode by Crystal Paine at Money Saving Mom. SMART goals are: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound. Since all these goals are really time-bound (1 week), I just have to get better at meeting the other criteria.
Ok, who is with me? Let's keep each other on track to a better year!
